Agile
Foundations
In order to succeed with agile ways of working, teams and organisations need to first focus on “being agile” as a foundation for success in “doing agile.” Agile Foundations introduces key concepts such as the Agile Manifesto, Agile Principles, Scrum, Kanban, User Stories and Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Through hands on application in group exercises, attendees get to apply their learnings there and then, culminating in a simulation event which brings all the concepts together.
Agile
Leadership
Awareness
“Being Agile” is great, however it will only get you so far if there is not buy-in at the leadership level. This course focuses on introducing key agile concepts to leaders and, more importantly, how they themselves can provide a supporting role in order to enable teams succeed and formulate an Agile organisation. Covering key areas such as intent-based leadership, psychological safety and aligned autonomy, attendees will walk away understanding how they can be a better leader in agile environments and have the right tools and skills that help you and others to succeed.

This course provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum in a highly practical way. Through a combination of instruction and team based exercises, attendees will experience how the Scrum framework improves delivery efforts. The day culminates in attendees working together as a team in a series of Sprints to build a product, thereby facing real-life problems.
The Kanban Method is often described as an “alternative path to agility.” This course will teach the basics of Kanban and serves as the entry level and starting point on your agile journey. During this one-day interactive and engaging kanban training course, you will learn the basics of visualizing different types of work and associated risk. You will learn how to design and implement a Team Kanban board. You will also learn how to proceed to the next level with Kanban.
